Directions: This is a Negro cemetery and is located just off the Prior Station Road to the right on a hill. Entrance is between two red clay banks. It is just east of the old Fite Rock school building and the Hemite Mine Road. It is west of Cedartown, GA. There are numerous graves that are unmarked with only field stones at the head and foot or in the recent years by Funeral Markers that have deterioated so that one cannot read them with clarity.
