Cottonhill Cemetery - B
AKA Shady Grove Cemetery

Survey by Freddie Thompson & Michael Robbins 2005. Has NOT been verified by Volunteers with PCCPC

GPS: 34.05520, -85.06999

Directions: Coming from Rockmart on GA-101 N, turn left onto Prospect Rd. Grave markers can be seen on right side about 0.1 mi up Prospect Rd in a deep ditch.

[The name of the unidentified graves on Prospect Rd. in Aragon 200 yards from the RR tracks is COTTONHILL. There was a church right there many years ago, the foundation can still be seen if you know where to look. It was named after the road that it was on. Prospect was not always the name of that road. From Long Station to Cashtown Rd was all separated and the short road from Cashtown to Hwy 101 was named Cottonwood Rd. - Jeff Strange]
